When developing the software intelligence platform Raygun, I often need to send data to the Raygun ingestion API running in the local environment. To help keep my API management at it’s most efficient, I (along with quite a lot of our engineering team) use a tool called Postman, which is specifically designed to share, test and monitor APIs. Since Postman is an essential part of my workflow, I’d like to share these Postman best practices.
Why Postman?
Sending data to the API quickly and efficiently helps when I’m working on features and bug fixes in almost any part of Raygun.
