#ICYDK: An updated version of JAX-RS (Java API for RESTful Web Services) was released in August 2017 via JSR 370. A reference implementation was released by Jersey in April 2018, Jersey 2.27. This article attempts to test a sample REST implementation using this update. It uses a single REST API operation.
